As the Chief Executive Officer of the Town, I am head of the Administrative branch of Town Government. My duties as the Supervisor include preparation of the preliminary Town budget, special district budget and capital budget. I also administer the fiscal operations of the Town, including the budget after the adoption by the Town Board and make recommendations for modifications and transfers between appropriations in the Town budget during the fiscal year.
