PLEASE READ!! – New Registration Process!!

**To register, go to TownofGeddesRecreationDepartment.com and click “Create New Account” to create your account. This allows quicker and easier access to program registrations, facility reservations, memberships, and more. Be sure to add everyone in your household when creating your account, and don’t forget to opt in for cancellation notifications via email or text. Your new household account will provide you with registration history, transaction receipts, and so much more!  If you choose not to pay by credit card, the registration will be put on hold until payment has been made in person or by mail.  Once payment for  the program has been made, the registration will be complete.  BUT, with the registration on hold, you child’s space is not guaranteed until payment is complete.  When paying by credit card, there will be a 3% convenience fee add to the cost of programs.

Refunds: There will be no refunds given once a program has been given. Refunds will be given if a program is canceled.

Cancellations: If school is canceled or closes early due to inclement weather or other reasons, programs will be canceled for the day. Also, if a program does not have the required number of participants, the Town has the right to cancel any program.

Registration Deadlines: Pre-registration is necessary for the majority of programs. Space is limited on all programs, and is available on a first come, first serve basis. The Town starts accepting registration for programs once the AbouTown has been made available to the public, and also when the fliers have been delivered to the School Offices. A program may be cancelled due to lack of registration, so it is suggested to register as soon as possible.
