Yoga And Meditation

BEGINNING A YOGA AND MEDITATION PRACTICE
In this 6 week introductory yoga course you will be learning and practicing the basic philosophy, breathing techniques, and yoga postures that are most popular in group classes today. Although yoga is an ancient practice and is used as a tool to reduce stress, you will learn how to apply it so that it is suitable for you in a modern world. It is acceptable to have minor injuries to take this course, however, you must be able to get up and down off the floor. Yoga mats will be provided but please bring your own if you have one.
Tuesdays, May 30 to July 11 (exc. July 4) AND July 18 to Aug. 22
7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Thursdays, June 1 to July 6 AND July 22 to Aug. 24
6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Kristie Yarnell, certified and experienced yoga instructor
Fee: $52 (6 week session)
Minimum of 4 needed to hold class.
