All Town Court functions for the Town of Geddes are performed by two Town Justices. Each Judge has the responsibility for:
- Traffic Violations
- Arraignments
- DWI Cases
- Small Claims, up to $3,000
- Evictions within the Town limits
- Criminal Cases
- Marriages
Geddes Court is on Monday evenings beginning at 4:00 PM
