The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is a 5 member board who have the difficult task of reviewing different applications that require either an area variance, use variance, or special permit. They review and balance the applicant’s specific needs with that of the residents and community needs.
The meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month @ 7:00 PM in the Town Hall.
All applications are available in the Code Enforcement office and will soon be available on-line.
