Planning Board

The Planning Board is an advisory board to The Geddes Town Council. The projects referred to the Planning Board are reviewed for its technical compliance with Geddes regulations.

The Planning Board may also review proposed local laws, site plans, zone changes, subdivisions and may other issues that confront the Town and its developmental strategies.

The Planning Board is made up of 7 members and meets the last Wednesday of each month @ 7:00pm at the Town Hall.
