Filing a Complaint

All complaints will be investigated however, only bonafied complaints (complaints where the complaining party is identified ) will be given first priority.  All anonymous complaints will only be given a small certain amount of investigation resources.

  • Complaints can be made in writing by leaving all proper information needed to make a fair and thorough investigation and enough information so that I may respond properly to the complainee.

  • You may also e-mail complaints to:

    Again, as much info on the violation as possible is needed.

  • You may also phone the Code Enforcement Department at 468-2274 ex(8) and leave the information.If at any time you are unsure about a particular problem please call the department at 468-2274 ex (8). We’ll be happy to listen and respond in a courtious manner.

    Please remember complaints are not confidential and are accessible to all under the Freedom of Information Law.
