Resolutions:
- Authorize the Town Board to approval the purchase of 2 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor vehicles, and related equipment for use by the Town of Geddes, Onondaga County, Police Department under New York State Contract #PC64893 at a maximum cost of $60,000 and authorizing the issuance of a Bond Anticipation Note (BAN) to pay the cost thereof.
- Authorization to hire Ron Morgan as the Seasonal Park Laborer starting April 5, 2010 and ending November 12, 2010 at a rate of $10.63 per hour and mileage, maximum of 25 hours per week with no benefits.
- Authorize the Town Board to adopt the Town of Geddes Draft Workplace Violence Policy.
- Set a Time and Date to schedule a Public Hearing to review the Time Warner Cable Proposed Franchise Renewal Agreement.
- Authorize the Town Board to approve the PILOT Schedule with Onondaga Renewables.
- Authorization to reimburse Councilor Czaplicki and Comptroller Maxwell for their reasonable and necessary costs for the participation with the Town Supervisors Association Sales Tax Committee.
- Amending resolution No. 48, of the February 9, 2010 agenda, of the Geddes Town Board to clarify that any and all appraisal values shall be considered confidential to the Town and shall not be subject to FOIL or other public disclosure until after a paper street is sold and that paper streets no longer needed by the Town of Geddes will be sold, on a case by case basis, at a price that is most advantageous to the Town’s taxpayers and in addition to the purchase price, buyers will be expected to pay all costs of the transaction, including but not limited to a share of appraisal costs, expenses of the Town related to legal costs, filing fees, survey and description costs, abstract costs and publication costs.
- Determining that the site plan application of Thad Kempisty, for tax map parcels 019-01-12.2 and 019-01-11.1 is an unlisted action, that there are no other involved agencies, that the Town Board will act as lead agency, rendering a negative declaration for purposes of SEQR, approving the site plan for a motor vehicle sales, service and repair facility, and denying the application for site plan approval of a construction/storage yard, all in accordance with the full resolution circulated to the Town Board.
