Public Hearings:

1. To consider proposed Local Law F-2009 entitled “A Local Law Amending Chapter 215 of the Geddes Code with regard to abandoned and junked autos.”

2. To consider proposed Local Law G-2009, entitled “A Local Law amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Geddes to change the zoning designation for certain property from being zoned Residential A: Single Family Residential District to Commercial B.” (Smellkoff Road and State Fair Blvd)

Resolutions:

1.  Authorization for the Town Board to make budget modifications to the 2009 budget.

2.  Authorize the Comptroller to attend the New York State Finance Officer’s Annual conference on March 24-26, 2010.

3.  Set a time and date for a Public Hearing to review the Five Year Plan for the Onondaga County Community Development applications.

4.  Authorization to support the Creation of and Participation in the CNY Intermunicipal Stormwater Coalition and designate Peter Albrigo, Code Enforcement Officer, as representative.

5.  Introduction of proposed Local Law A of 2010, relating to the creation of a new Cold War Tax Exemption in the Town of Geddes, pursuant to the New York State Real Property Tax Law, Section 458-b, determining this to be a Type II action for purposes of SEQR and scheduling a public hearing for February 9, 2010 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as this matter can be heard, subject to the full resolution and local law circulated to the Town Board.

6.  Authorization to amend wage schedule to pay Planning Board members $170.50 per monthly meeting.  Chairman’s pay schedule to remain unchanged.

7.  Authorization to amend wage schedule to pay Zoning Board members $217.92 per monthly meeting. Chairman’s pay schedule to remain unchanged.
