Description: Take the 8-hour classroom refresher course designed for drivers
age 50 and over. Auto insurance discounts in most states –
consult your insurance agent. Class size is limited and a minimum
number of participants is required. Pre-registration is necessary.

Title: Sr. Citizen Card Party & Spring Luncheon
Location: Lakeside Rec Hall
Description: Geddes Seniors 55 and over are invited to attend the Annual Spring Luncheon/Card Party.
Each table will determine what type of card game they will play and how they will distribute the
table prizes. Prizes will be furnished by the Recreation Department. You must bring your own cards.
A minimum of 50 reservations is required.

Lakeside Fire Department – Recreation Hall
Thursday, May 6th
Doors open: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Lunch served at 12:00 noon
Cost: $10.50 (buffet lunch)
Menu: Roast chicken, meatballs, sausage, pasta, vegetables, baked beans, chef salad,
relish tray, jello, dinner rolls, dessert, and coffee/tea
Reservations are necessary and may be made by calling the department at 487-8238.
Checks are payable to Gonyea Catering and mailed to the Town of Geddes Recreation Department. Payment must be received by Friday, April 30th

Title: NY Yankees Game Day Trip
Location: Bronx, NY
Description: **NY YANKEES GAME – Sat., May 1st vs. Chicago White Sox – ages 9 to adult. Youths
9 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Depart Syracuse 6:00am – Game time – 1:05pm – Depart immediately following end of game (around 4:30pm) – Arrive Syracuse about 9:00pm.
Cost: $67 per Geddes resident, $69 nonresident (inc. transportation & reserved seat ticket). Geddes residents first preference, nonresidents placed on waiting list. Reservations required
& limited to 50. Must prepay by Apr. 9th.
